A major highlight of the evening was the recognition of long-serving personnel, particularly the 25-Year Seafarer Awardees, who each received USD 5,000 in appreciation of their dedication and loyalty. The celebration also honored 10-Year and 25-Year Land-Based Employee Awardees, as well as the company’s retirees for the year, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to Marlow Navigation’s journey.

Adding energy and excitement to the evening was an outstanding live band performance led by UMTC Managing Director, Engr Donald Bautista, setting a festive tone for the celebration. Guests also enjoyed a sumptuous buffet, exciting raffle draws—including major prizes—and an open bar, creating a lively and memorable atmosphere throughout the night.

The celebration concluded with music, dancing, and shared moments of enjoyment, reflecting the strong camaraderie and people-centered culture that define Marlow Navigation.
