The program underscored the group’s commitment to developing Filipino maritime talent through continuous training, crew management support, and long-term career development.

A major highlight of the night was the long-service awards, honoring seafarers and crew members who have dedicated 20 and 30 years to the company. A raffle segment added excitement to the evening, while land-based employees showcased their creativity through performances ranging from vocal numbers to dance acts.

During the program, the group also announced the upcoming relocation of its Philippine headquarters to a new office in Parañaque City, targeted for the first quarter of 2026. The move is expected to improve operational efficiency and support the organization’s expansion.

The celebration concluded with a lively after-party, with a DJ spinning both contemporary and classic hits—capping the evening with a perfect mix of recognition, gratitude, and camaraderie across the maritime community.
