Caddell Dry Dock & Repair Co., Inc., a ship repair company based in Staten Island, New York, has announced changes to its executive leadership, effective January 1, 2027. Under the planned transition, Executive Vice President Salvatore Molino will become President, while Steven Kalil will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer after serving as President for 36 years.

The company confirmed that John B. Caddell II will remain Chairman of the Board, while William Chapman will continue as Vice President and General Manager. Ciro Galeno Jr. will also retain his position as Secretary and Treasurer. According to the company, the leadership changes are part of its long-term succession planning to maintain operational stability and support future development.
